Love

"Amore" tells two stories: that of an abandoned lover who is sick with heartbreak, and that of a naive peasant woman who is plied with drink by an unscrupulous shepherd so that he can rape her. These are two unforgettable roles for Anna Magnani in her last film, which she made with her then partner Roberto Rossellini.
