Stationed in West Germany, musically gifted tank crewman Tulsa MacLean dreams of opening his own nightclub back in Oklahoma. However, big dreams come with an even bigger price tag. Strapped for cash, Tulsa reluctantly takes on a high-stakes wager to romance Lili, the statuesque star performer at the Café Europa. If he succeeds, the payout will finally fund his future. But there's a catch: Lili is notoriously hard to impress. As Tulsa juggles his Army duties, a watchful Master Sergeant McGraw, and his own unexpected feelings, he faces a crucial question: Will he win the bet, or will he lose his heart instead?
