Hanif brings his wife and children back to the rural, secluded orphanage where he grew up to visit Pak Bandi, the elderly caretaker who is now gravely ill. Joined by his old friends Anton and Jefri along with their respective families, the group looks forward to a quiet overnight stay filled with nostalgic memories. The peaceful evening vanishes as the children spot a deformed, crippled woman wandering the grounds and the adults are tormented by terrifying visions of their deepest fears. As the isolated building closes in around them, supernatural attacks begin claiming lives one by one, forcing the survivors to confront the gruesome origin of the vengeance targeting them.
