This time they are going to Ernest's hometown - it is here that the most talented musicians in the world live. However, upon arrival, the heroes discover that music has been banned there for many years. Together with their new friends and a mysterious masked criminal, Ernest and Celestine must do everything possible to bring joy back to the land of bears.
