After a terrible skydiving accident, former tennis pro Jaime Sommers is transformed into the Bionic Woman. She is given two bionic legs that enable her to run at 60 mph, a bionic arm that can lift immense weights, and a bionic ear that can hear things a mile away. With her new abilities, she becomes a secret agent for the US government and helps to fight crime and evil-doers in the world.
