It shows us with irony the person who, due to his function, works carrying out cleaning tasks in the common areas, distributes the correspondence left for those who live there and notifies the administration of any anomaly he observes in order to maintain it. As part of his remuneration he has a small room assigned to him where he lives, and he co-exists in the building with the co-owners. The manager of an apartment building, now in danger of extinction, has contact with each inhabitant of the building, which in their indiscretion has sensitive information. All of this gives rise to ambiguous situations, where humor, sometimes cynical, gives body to the miniseries.
